Agency Services Specialist

As an Agency Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing relationships with your caseload of agency partners. You will work closely with the Agency Services Manager and other Internal Departments to provide support, resources, and assistance to our partner organizations. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be essential in ensuring our agency partners are able to provide food to neighbors in their communities.

Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned caseload of Agency Partners, provide excellent customer service and assist in problem solving, using critical thinking skills.
* Schedule and facilitate both annual compliance and customer service visits with partner agencies.
* Work with Agency Partners to ensure they remain in compliance according to USDA, DES, and Feeding America policies and procedures, provide training when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Agency Partners are receiving timely deliveries, and appropriate orders to serve their community neighbors.
* Assist Agency Partners in assessing their capacity and apply for Capacity grants when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of all agency-related communications, agreements, and documents.

Requirements
* Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Must be able to drive company vehicle to visit Agency Partners
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
